Matt Blass is an Associate at Dimension Development Partners, where he focuses on commercial real estate development and investment opportunities. He brings a broad range of experience across acquisitions, investment analysis, asset management, leasing, and property operations, providing a well-rounded perspective on the evaluation and execution of commercial real estate investments.

Prior to joining Dimension Development Partners, Matt served as a Commercial Asset Manager at TriBridge Residential, where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of a diverse portfolio of approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial real estate.

Matt began his commercial real estate career with The Shopping Center Group, managing a portfolio of more than 300,000 square feet across the greater Atlanta market. His experience in property management and leasing provided a strong foundation in tenant relationships, property-level financial performance, capital projects, and the operational aspects of commercial real estate.

Throughout his career, Matt has developed a data-driven approach to evaluating real estate opportunities, with experience spanning the full property lifecycle from investment analysis and underwriting through leasing, operations, and value creation. His combination of investment, asset management, and operational experience allows him to evaluate opportunities from both an ownership and execution perspective.

Matt holds a B.S. in Biology and Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Georgia and completed the Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment Certificate through the MIT School of Architecture and Planning. He is also a licensed Georgia real estate salesperson.
